Hello,
time to time the specials (price rules) not more working and not more displayed.
Clearing the cache at back-office don’t help.
Only if I delete the browser cookies again all working right.
But the customers don’t know that in this case they must delete the browser cookies.
Prestashop 1.6.1.17. Transformer 4.0.6.
With the Prestashop default bootstrap template all working right without any problems.
I guess the possible cause of the problem is the countdown module.
How can I solve this problem?
P.S. Please read the names of the attached pictures files for better understanding.

I am a bit confusion, the transformer4 can’t work on Prestashop 1.6, but you said: Prestashop 1.6.1.17. Transformer 4.0.6.
If you deactivate the countdown module, can it work fine ?

Sorry, the Prestashop 1.6.1.7 with the Transformer Theme 3.3.2.
I shall be to correct the Transformer version number in the first message.
Also if I deactivate the countdown module and clean the cache in back office, it change nothing.

That’s probably a problem of the smarty cache which does not get cleaned automatically when a special price is expired.
Let me know what version of the theme you are using? Maybe we can try to disable cache for the special products slider module.Regards,

now I made update and using the Transformer Theme version 3.3.2 with the Prestashop 1.6.1.17.
But the special price was not expired.
Also I deactivated the countdown modul, cleaned the cache with the button at backoffice and again activated the countdown modul.
But this was not helpful.
Only after cleaning the browser cookies, it work fine.

I check this with actual versions of Firefox, Chrome, Yandex, Opera, Edge and Internet Explorer.
I check this only at my PC.
I would propose to postpone this question until the problem arises again.
