Don't worry about you can't get support during this very difficult time, although we work remotely, we still can provide support as normal, generally you will get an answer from us within 24 hours. Beside providing generate support, we still can provide help for 3rd party integrations and small customizations. So basically if you have any question, just ask, that's won't cause any troubles to us, on the contrary, we are happy to help.
Keep improving themes and modules
We update our theme and modules regularly as usual to add new features and fix bugs. For example, we released 10+ updates in March, the Easy filter module alone got updated for 3 times. A new version of Transformer theme and Panda theme will be released at the beginning of April, the new version contains 1) A major update for the instagram module to use the Facebook API to get media, the old instagram API will soon be deprecated. 2) A new way to list products on the category page on mobile, the new way will be like small images on the left side, other information on the right side. 3) A major update to the Love module. 4) Other improvements and bug fixes.
Our team members are all fine
We are all fine, all in good health. Working remotely isn't a big challenge for us, it just reduces the efficiency for a bit.

Check through out your site from design level and technical level to find things which can be improved, and then improve them. If everything is already perfect, then you can do things to improve SEO, to create more content, especially 10x content, to bring you more traffics. According to the data on our site, people are doing so, the traffic of this site didn't decrease, it's increased a little since the outbreak, people are still working harder.
For us, beside proving support for all of you, we are do preparations for a new theme and several new modules, that will keep us be busy this year.
