But I found what the culprit was … I had enabled Phone numbers to be mandatory but i enabled PHONE_MOBILE rather than PHONE then when i tried to register again I never saw PHONE MOBILE in the fields hehehehe… anyway .. so I untick the PHONE_MOBILE and tick the PHONE and it works again.
