Hi,
it looks like sending wishlist by email from my account feature would need some improvement. Tested with several email addresses and it always goes to spam. There are several reasons:
The main one is that email is sent from our own mail server with unique IP adddress, however sender is user sending the wishlist. Therefore SPF and DMARC will ALWAYS fail. In gmail, you can find this information: (google.com: domain of transitioning sender@yahoo.com does not designate NN.NNN.NNN.NNN as permitted sender)
We would also need an option to adjust/change the email subject as it could be another spam factor.
Hi,
1. our server has no issues and it is setup correctly with SPF, etc. The issue is mainly because the sender is user but it should be store, not user as explained before. If any user is trying to send email from our mail server, it is considered as fishing. You should be able to change it in the module, it is fine to keep user name in body, but change the “FROM:” please.
Hi,
thank you, they confirmed that it could be changed, so I did it and it and changed
from: id='kb_vc_inpt_bk'
to: class='kb_vc_inpt_bk'
in header.tpl and
from: #kb_vc_inpt_bk
to: .kb_vc_inpt_bk
in kb_front.js
It fixed the issue, however the search microphone button is now not correctly aligned – see images please, can you tell me how to change this code I have had before to fix it:
#kb_vc_inpt_bk,#kb_vc_inpt_bk.search_field{border-left: 0;height: 36px;color:#3b3b3b; padding-bottom: 5px;}
.search_widget_form_inner{border-right: 0;}
#kb_vc_inpt_bk.search_field i,#kb_vc_inpt_bk.search_field i{font-size: 18px;vertical-align: text-top;}
@media only screen and (min-width: 991px){.search_widget {float: none!important;}}
Hi,
I noticed an issue related to your tawk module. When you inspect site in Chrome browser, there is a warning:
The AudioContext was not allowed to start. It must be resumed (or created) after a user gesture on the page.
It is not available on our test server as there is no tawk module, but you can see it on our main site here.
Hi,
1. Yes, I know the chrome developer tool. I didn’t find any warnings or errors in your site, see attached screenshot.
2. You can use the JSON-LD code to implement it by yourself, just add the JSON-LD to the source code of the custom content, and let it show on your FAQ page.
Best regards.
