Hi
With the few latest version, we keep getting this error, when we activate the theme:
“Cannot install module stblog. Unfortunately, the module did not return additional details.”
We had it for all 4.5 versions and all Prestashop 1.7.7.x versions
Today we tried Presta 1.7.7.2 and theme 4.5.3 – the same, so it seems the bug was not fixed.
Are you aware of this?
ThanksJust to note, i am having the same missue again, this time on another server, which is a VPS, with very good config. See:
https://prnt.sc/118x39b
This is an issue i keep encountering whenever i install the theme, regardless on which server.
Please look into it. You have the debug details in my first post.
ThanksHi
This is still not properly fixed in latest version (4.5.6). I see you added the fix you provided above to stblog.php, but still.
When installed the theme just now, there was again an issue with stblog, same i posted in the very first message.
But than, if i activate classic theme, than transformer again, it all works.
So i don’t know if you can reproduce, but it’s very annoying.
Thanks2 SupportHi,
just now I installed on clean server space fresh Prestashop 1.7.8.0 and then Transformer 4.5.6.
After click on the button “Use this theme”, I see the same error:
“Cannot install module stblog. Unfortunately, the module did not return additional details.”
Look the screenshot.Ok, after the second attempt, everything went well.
Best regards.

Yes. Downloaded it yesterday (another project and another license but did not wanted to open another topic).
Prestashop 1.7.8.2 and latest Transformer 4.5.9
There is no point to give you FTP access, as we usually cannot wait with these issues, and theme install works after the second attempt. YOu must somehow reproduce this locally. Tha same happens BTW with a local WAMP install, regardless of the PHP version (remember this issue persists since more than a year now, we had it on php7.0 and 7.4 too).
So don’t know what to say. The error is the same what webmaster12 also showed in his screenshot above.
