Hi yobo,
When we save a product by clicking the “save” button, it takes a lot of time to load (reaaaally slow) and ends showing the red box with the “configuration cannot be saved” error. You can see the console error in the screenshot attached.
Recently has been no changes on the website, the only one was a countdown banner module that I already deactivated, but the problem persists…
What can I do? Can you help me?

Are you sure nothing else can be done? The test site is an exact copy from a week ago, it doesn’t have that problem and works fine. It is the same Prestashop version, same configuration etc. The only difference are several new products that were uploaded to the live site, but for the rest is pretty much the same and its working perfect.

Yes, I have been making some tests. I think it is related with combinations. If you try to save the product ID 3933 (no combinations) it saves without problems. Now try to save ID 3920 for example, it has combinations and then you will get the error…
If you want to compare, access the test site, there the products have combinations but the problem doesn’t exist. There you can save quick and without problems. I also checked and both websites have the same modules installed, activated and deactivated etc. Everything is the same except the last 10 newest products we created on the production site..

Im facing the same problem with version1.7.8.8, a new install and when i try to save the product take a lots of time and didnt save anything, i´m having trouble for more than 10 years with Prestashop versions, allways problems and seems that no one resolve this issues that put big problems in our business.
