I am willowf, and changed account with the purchase email of the template, everything works for me, but the comments module is not activated or the options for writing comments and evaluating products do not come out.

The product comments module in the theme is for after-sale, just customers who bought products can write reviews for products. you can place an order to test, if the issue still persists, please let me know.
