Tagged: compatibility
Hello,
As you know your module stpagebanner caches a single version of breadcrumbs based on only on $page_name for all pages that is “doesn’t recognize”.
This caused a compatibility issue with 2 popular modules: af_seopages (an extension for amazzingfilter) and amazzingblog.
Those modules can have different pages and different breadcrumbs on the same $page_name.
In order to fix that issue developer of affected modules has added 4 lines in this file: /modules/stpagebanner/stpagebanner.php
if ($page_name == ‘module-amazzingblog-blog’ && isset($this->context->controller->ab_data))
$id = $this->context->controller->ab_data[‘type’].’-‘.$this->context->controller->ab_data[‘id’];
elseif ($page_name == ‘module-af_seopages-seopage’ && isset($this->context->controller->seopage_data))
$id = $this->context->controller->seopage_data[‘id_seopage’];

Also, I am attaching the modified stpagebanner.php to this post.
It would be nice if you could include that fix in the next module version in order to avoid possible compatibility issues on our shop and also on other shops where your theme is used together with above mentioned modules.
