Not sure if this is a PrestaShop thing or Transformer-specific thing.
My client wants to remove the ability for customer to use the messaging system in their accounts. We already have another support system and it is just confusing their support team.
Is there any easy way to just remove the ability for the customers to send order messages like this?
They just want to use the Zendesk widget they are used to.
