Hi,
Can you please assist with improving the process bar as some payment module look like they have frozen and it looks dated.
1. Make it full width like you have for the Order-to pay button
.steco_confirmation_btn {width: 100%; height: 42px; line-height: 36px; font-size: 18px;}
2. Display text processing in progress – please wait with improved colour/pattern indicator so people can see it is processing/working.
3. Option to have it show center of screen and in a popup.
4. Ability to tweak these options in the module so people can adjust them.
Thanks
1. Check #34 in the documenation on this page https://www.sunnytoo.com/product/easycheckout-one-page-checkout-module-prestashop-1-7
2. Thanks for your suggestion, I will improve that.
3. Showing it near the checkout button is better, people may not see the process bar if it’s in the center, especially on mobile.
1. Add one more piece of custom css code.
#steco_progress {left: 12px;margin-left: 0;right: 12px;width: auto;}
A full width would be too wide in some cases, so I won’t include the change to the module.
2. The overlay is to prevent clicks if a request is running, I’ve added an option in the last version to disable it.
Great improvements all over Jonny & Yobo the process bar looks good and the allowing of disabling of the overlay on checkout button press very nice.
I don’t see any effect of the LOADING OVERLAY colour or Opacity changes hoping this changes the effect when you change the carrier setting and the cart goes transparent but nothing seems to change.
Trying to get similar effect as the LOADING PLACEHOLDER just for the column that is changing or a blurring effect.
The change of carrier may cause changes in the payment block and the cart block, but it’s not possible to know exactly if anything will be changed or not.
For example, you’ve installed a module called “Carrier discount” to give a $5 discount for people who choose “carrier A”.
Techically it’s possible for the easycheckout module to know if you’ve installed the “Carrier discount”, it’s also possible for the easycheckout to know how the “Carrier discount” module would act for the change of carrier, but that requires to add a function to the easycheckout especially for the “Carrier discount” module. But in reality, there are thousands of payment modules and shopping cart related modules, it’s not possible for us to add a function for every one of them in order to check which blocks will be affected by the change of carrier.
