Hi, i have some issue with EasyFilter module. It stucks in some point of filtering. When I use range slider to filter by “Szerokość” and then I use another filter “Głębokość” it stucks and even if I go back to the previous value, nothing happens. I recorded gif to show you how it look like.
Prestashop version: 1.7.7.8
EasyFilter Module version: v1.1.10You can reproduce this error by going to the store page: https://sklepdev.elark.pl/pl/2-wszystkie-produkty

Hi,
It isn’t a bug, the slider filter range will be changed via the active fiters, when you the Głębokość fitler is 100 to 175, you will see there are just two products, one is 100cm and the other one is 175cm ,that mean you just can drag to slider to 100 or 175, as there isn’t another value anymore.
Best regards.Hi Yobo thanks for replay but it doesn’t seems to be working correctly. I attached another gif. Is there any possibility to connect with you with screen sharing?

If you want to reproduce that here is user story1. Select filter “Szerokość” from 246 to 281 -> ok
2. Select filter “Głębokość” from 100 to 175 -> ok
3. Select filter “Głębokość” to 183 -> selected filters doesn’t updating and stay 100-175
4. Now filters stucksAttachments:
Is it possible that the filters will not reload and limit range automatically? I mean now when i try to filter by multiple sliders if i do so i am not able to back to the initial state. Only when I clean the filters I have such a possibility. It is not satisfactory to me
User story:
If you have 2 sliders:
The first slider from 1 to 100
The second slider from 20 to 80
You set the first slider from 30 – 80
You set the second slider from 40 – 50
The first slider should be able to return to the 1-100 state but i this case the values in the sliders are limitedHi,
It isn’t a bug, I attached 4 screenshots to explain the problem, as the filters will find products meet all filter conditions to show out, that is the login “AND” instead of “OR”.
Best regards.Hello! Ok, sorry, we didn’t noticed, that when we change second filter (glebokosc), the first one (szerokosc) is also changing automatically, to fit width (szerokosc) of shown items after reload. You are right here.
But this action/solution/idea is very bad. The product list is reloaded with each filter change. The filters that were used by the user (in our case, width and depth), after using second filter (183->175) and reloading the list, are BOTH automatically adjusting their max values to the displayed items, so the first one changed by the user to 246-281 is now 255-281, so it has narrower range than user provided manually… You think thats ok, but this means that if the client changes his mind and wants to look for a slightly deeper piece of furniture and change 100-175 depth to 100-183, he will not be able to do so, because of the first filter, which is automatically cutted by the script to 255-281cm, and will not allow the user to display all the results that USER wants, as you have noticed in your screenshots. There is no option to change two filters back to wider range because of auto-reloading and auto-adjusting filters after each filter usage, please try to do it on our site sklepdev.elark.pl, you will see that changing dimensions in filters to wider values will never result in wider product list.
In conclusion, your plugin only allows you to LIMIT the list of products by filters, any desire to change your mind and to enter a WIDER value of one of the selected filters will fail. I wouldn’t name it a bug, but this is definetely not working as it should.
Auto-adjusting looks nice, i know, but you forgot the main filters job – to filter products in BOTH way; limiting and EXPANDING results, if necessary.
When are you able to fix this lack of functionality, which unfortunately makes your plugin unusable?
I added a screen in attachment for details if you have any problem to ensure what we are talking about.
