Hello, the easycheckout seems to update me the second time. I send you the steps I take.
1. All ok, (although card is not selected as preferred method.)
2. Select province (Peninsula), and Cash on delivery should disappear and shipping expenses add up.
3. I select the second province (Peninsula) and everything ok.
4. I select province (Canary Islands) and there is no cash on delivery and free shipping.
5. Select second province (Canary Islands) and all ok.
I’ve fixed the problem with the payment method for you, please check.
How to reproduce the search issue, it looks like a problem of one of the 3rd party modules you’ve installed.

Those “Error: An invalid email ….” are probably phrases you searched recently, your browser remembered them to show out as auto suggestions. You can enable the search module’s Auto suggestion feature to disable the browser’s Auto suggestion feature.
The problem of the search box was due that overrides were disabled.
