Hi,
The issue was due to Prestashop, a lot of people experienced the same issue: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/303041-multiple-customer-id-with-same-email-id/, it seems there isn’t a good solution to resolve it.
Best regards.Hi,
nice, fast server you have now! I do have a question about the easycheckout module. Is it possible to add a switchable function that would allow entering name and address in latin characters only? For example, if customer wants to enter name asèȘ äžæ
he will have to use this insteadNakamura Makoto
.Hi,
at the moment, customer is able to enter èȘ äžæ and it will be recorded and you’ll see the same in BO. That is a problem if you export data to DHL for example, because it will not be accepted.
Not sure how difficult it is to convert it but I think that easier solution would be to show an error to the customer, something like “Please use Latin characters only”.Hi,
it was OK in incognito mode on Chrome thank you. I would have two small requests:
1/ since we sell to individuals that must be 18 and older, is it possible to add that function to a preselected DOB? Currently, there is today’s date.
2/ minimum length of telephone number – most countries have minimum length of 9 digits – perhaps you can make the length selectable in BO?1. This is an unique request, replace this code in the \modules\steasycheckout\views\templates\hook\_partials\form-fields.tpl file.
time={$field.value}
With
time={date('Y-m-d', strtotime('-18 year'))}
2. Search for {5,20} in the \modules\steasycheckout\views\js\front.js file, adjust it to {9,20}
I will add an option for this if other people need it.I didn’t do anything to the autocomplete feature in 2.6.7.
The reason is that address doesn’t contain “locality” info.Find this code \modules\steasycheckout\views\js\front.js file to use “sublocality_level_1” if an address doesn’t contain “locality”.
locality: 'city',
Put this code right above it
sublocality_level_1: 'city',
I will include the improvement in the next update.

Hi,
thank you for your reply, the city is now correctly completed. Please do remember to include it đ
There is an issue with DOB. I enabled âUse 3 dropdown menus for the birthday fieldâ and changed the code as suggested totime={date('Y-m-d', strtotime('-18 year'))}
. When you visit the checkout page, it is correct, the date is -18 years = 1999-July-10. I changed it to a different date and tried to checkout. When I checked the customer in BO/Customers, I can see that the DOB is the preselected (1999-July-10) but not what I have selected (1978-09-22).- AuthorPosts
