Thank you, I have couple of questions:
1/ I noticed you did some changes to easycheckout files to make it work with stripe – will you keep those changes in future versions?
2/ the change you mentioned here in the \modules\steasycheckout\classes\StCheckoutPaymentStep.php file, do I need to add the code with every easycheckout upgrade?
3/ please remember to include the code for age validation in the front.js file you mentioned here.1/ To integrate the strip module doesn’t need any changes to the files of the easycheckout module.
Check the “Stripe payment module v2” section under the “Compatibility” tab on this page https://www.sunnytoo.com/product/easycheckout-one-page-checkout-module-prestashop-1-7#stripe_2_202_ecommerce2/ You need to add the code after every upgrade. That’s a solution for you.
3/ Ok, I will add an option for that.
Hi,
it has not been solved yet, still trying to find a developer that can do it as per my post here. Perhaps we can share expenses if we find someone who can fix it. The developer must have iPhone or iPad with ApplePay activated to be able to test it.
You should not have 500 error, all is working fine on my side apart from ApplePay for guests (working fine for customers with an account) perhaps you made an error while editing some of the files, make also sure that you’re using the latest (2.2.3) version of Stripe.
@jonny
3/ I noticed that you’ve moved it, where can I set the bg color? Also, how can I get rid of “Type of customer” – it is pointless, Individual is pre-selected and if someone wants to order as company, they’ll select it. As always, less is better.
With regards to Stripe issue – how about saving the customers data automatically as soon as they complete their address? That way Stripe would be able to retrieve the data…?@gonzalobosque Follow the guide in the “Stripe payment module v2” section under the compatibility tab on this page to integrate your stripe module.
https://www.sunnytoo.com/product/easycheckout-one-page-checkout-module-prestashop-1-73/ Use this code
.checkout_adress_note{background:#fff000;} .st_form_item_p_or_c label{display:none;}
4/ That would create a lot of compatibility issues. People can still see&click the applepay button with out filling the address form.
How about enabling the “two buttons” mode for customers who are using an iPhone / iPad only.Hi,
3/ perhaps it could be part of settings to hide the label?
4/ I do some testing, it would require one additional step… If I’m lucky, the developer will try to fix it by the end of this week and if that doesn’t help, we’ll have to use the save button. Would it be possible to display “save to continue” instead of “save” on the button?4a/ Use the translation system, it’s under the address-form section.
4b/ If displaying the button is work for you, then no need to enable the “Two buttons” model.
To disable the APPLEPAY_GOOGLEPAY for guests, you need to replace this code in the hookPaymentOptions function in the modules\stripe_official\stripe_official.php file.
'applepay_googlepay' => Configuration::get(self::ENABLE_APPLEPAY_GOOGLEPAY),
With
'applepay_googlepay' => $this->context->customer->id ? Configuration::get(self::ENABLE_APPLEPAY_GOOGLEPAY) : false,
1/ I’ve added that about one month ago.
2/ My fault, use this instead.
.st_form_item_p_or_c > label{display:none;}
5. A one page checkout module is supposed to show all sections out, that’s why although they are empty, they are still there.
Enable the ftp access, so I can do two modifications to your easycheckout to hide those two sections, those two modifications will be included in the next theme update.6/ I don’t know what do you want to hide, it seems you forgot to attach the image mentioned.
7/ Use this code.
.cart-summary-line.cart-total, .cart-summary-line.cart-total .price {font-size: 24px;font-weight: 600;}
8/ The cancle button works fine.5/ I’ve done two modifications to your files, add this code to the custom css code.
.steco_model_2.steco_is_visitor .col-lg-8 .steco_heading:nth-child(3), .steco_model_2.steco_is_visitor .col-lg-8 .steco_heading:nth-child(5), .steco_model_2.steco_is_visitor .col-lg-8 .steco_column_section:nth-child(4), .steco_model_2.steco_is_visitor .col-lg-8 .steco_column_section:nth-child(6){display:none;}
8/,9/ Use this code
.btn.btn-default.steco_btn {max-width:400px;} .steco_new_address_form .form-footer .btn.btn-default.steco_btn {width: 50%;}
10/ The same.
11/ We put all our time on a new front end content builder + front end theme editor module, it will be released in January, then we will have time to upgrade our modules.
Hi, nearly there…
5/ will you tell me what those modifications are or will you include them in your next version?
8/ the button “cancel” should have the same width as button “save” – see image
If I read my notes correctly, the one and only change needed to easycheckout to work with stripe is this, correct?
I know you’re busy, that’s why I want to remind you, please remember:
a/ to include the code for age validation in the front.js file you mentioned here.
b/ add the âclick the link to revealâ feature to the module as discussed
c/ move the custom text above First name and Last name (it was above title âShipping Addressâ)
d/ perhaps just an idea – min of two letters required for first and last nameAttachments:
5. Two modifications to these two files, see attached pics. Those modifications will be included in the next update.
modules\steasycheckout\views\templates\hook\steasycheckout.tpl
modules\steasycheckout\views\js\front.js8. Remove this code.
.steco_new_address_form .form-footer .btn.btn-default.steco_btn {width: 50%;}
Use this code.
.steco_new_address_form .form-footer .btn.btn-default.steco_btn{margin-right:4px;} .steco_new_address_form .form-footer {display: -webkit-box; display: -moz-box; display: box; display: -webkit-flex; display: -moz-flex; display: -ms-flexbox; -js-display: flex; display: flex; -webkit-box-align: center; -moz-box-align: center; box-align: center; -webkit-align-items: center; -moz-align-items: center; -ms-align-items: center; -o-align-items: center; align-items: center; -ms-flex-align: center; width: 100%; -ms-flex-pack:justify;-webkit-box-orient:horizontal;-webkit-box-direction:normal;-ms-flex-flow:row nowrap;flex-flow:row nowrap} .steco_new_address_form .form-footer .btn{-webkit-box-flex: 1; -moz-box-flex: 1; box-flex: 1; -webkit-flex: 1; -moz-flex: 1; -ms-flex: 1; flex: 1;}
Yes.
