Today I went live with my updated website and I noticed that for all categories the first product in the listing has a prince of € 0,00. When you click on the product itself the price is right on the product page. Could this have something to do with the theme?
See for example: https://www.trackmyback.nl/hardloopshirts
Hi,
Thanks, but I’m not entirely sure what you mean. Do you mean to really delete the whole attribute? And is there a default? If so I need to probably recreate my whole catalog and image assignments 🙁
Or do you mean changing the default product variation?
I did turn on caching on going live, so I’ll also try to see what happens if I turn the caching off.
Regards,
Bart
Hi,
Sorry, I didn’t explain it clearly, please try the following steps:
1. Go to the product (the price is 0) edit page > Combinations tab, if the default combination is A, please try changing the default combination to combination B, then refresh your front office to check whether it works fine. after that change the default combination to A.
2. If point 1 can’t resolve the issue, please try adding some new combinations, such as D, E, F, and refresh your front page to check it, if the price is okay, then you can delete those new combinations D, E, F.
Best regards.
Thanks, very clear description of the steps! But unfortunately both options do not work. The behaviour keeps being strange as it’s not always the same product. But always the first.
1. Go to https://www.trackmyback.nl/hardloopshirts > First product has a price of 0
2. Sort the list on name (naam A-Z) > All prices are correct including the product that was listed wrong in step 1
3. Refresh the page > The price of the first product is 0 (that was first ok in step 2)
This happens on all categories, and on different products. Still not sure if it’s theme related.
