I need to solve some problems that I have found in the panda template, for one in particular I need your help to correct it because I think it will take some time, other problems are minor bugs and others I don’t need to implement them but it would be useful to fix bugs and improve your template.
Based on your -item support policy-, I’m not sure how long it would take to fix, and therefore I don’t know if the general support will be sufficient or I need the advanced support.
Maybe I should pay for general support first (12-month general support renewal) and then I should pay again for advanced support, depending on the time it takes to fix the problem. Tell me what would be the correct procedure that I should do.
Then I expose the problem.
Note: The problems that I have encountered and that are minor bugs and the problems that help to improve your template I will do in a new topic, so that it can be of help to other people.
