Hi
We noticed that the instagram module that comes with Transformer theme is not working anymore. To be more precise, the module works, but no content is displayed. Did Instagram changed something? We even upgraded the instagram module from 1.0.4 to 1.0.6 to be sure we are clear, but nothing, and we had to disable it.
Anybody else has this issue lately?
Thanks

Hi
I know my support license is expired, but you could help me out a bit more here with a hint or something. As i said, i upgraded the instagram module to your latest version, entered the string what should be fetched, but still nothing is displayed. So it’s some other setting or your module (1.0.6).
Thanks
Hi
Sorry for coming up again with this, but the Instagram feed is not working again.
We reinstalled the module, reconnected Instagram, but no feed is displayed on homepage.
As i checked, there is no new version for this module so must be something Instagram changed again maybe?
Thanks
PS: access still works!
Hi,
It is because Instagram revoked the public_content permission, please see the topic: https://www.sunnytoo.com/forums/topic/instagramm-module-stop-working#post-35542
Best regards.
Hi
Me again with this topic. Why does the instagram module keeps disconnecting? Does not stay connected more than 2 or 3 weeks. This is really annoying. Plus if i reconnect, i need to re-edit and save the created feed too, otherwise it won’t appear properly again. So every 2 weeks i need to re-connect and edit the feed.
Very annoying and it’s a big issue both for me and my client!
TY
Hello dear sunnytoo!
there is a problem with instagram mudule. in most of times the chrome console shows this message:
{“error_type”: “OAuthRateLimitException”, “code”: 429, “error_message”: “You have exceeded the maximum number of requests per hour. You have performed a total of 333 requests in the last hour. Our general maximum limit is set at 200 requests per hour.”}
I googled about it and find this.
this is instagram answer:
To summarize, Basically Instagram API is shutting down faster than speed of light right now. Migrate your apps to FB-instagram-API to keep your business or apps running
is there any solution?
