Hello, I have a problem with the newsletter module,
when a client tries to register from the popup, it seems fine but the client isn’t added to the list of people registered, nothing happens in fact.
If the client tries to register from the block, after inputing its email adress, he gets a message :
‘An error occurred during the subscription process”and he isn’t added to the list as well.
Do you have a solution to provide ?

The problem is because the Newsletter popup module wasn’t upgraded properly, please send me your FTP and backoffice access in a private reply, I will fix it for you. if there isn’t much content on the Newsletter popup module, you can click the “Reset” button to reset the module to fix it.
