Go to BO > Theme editor > Logo tab, you can change the logo position to center or left.

The Panda theme have a lot of Templates with more or less the same header (logo + Megamenu), please tell me how to change only the header of my template.

Transplant the Megamenu module to the displayHeaderBottom hook instead of the displayMainMenu hook.
