Hi, guys!
It’s happening a very weird thing with this:
I have the newsletter popup in my home, with the GDPR text configurated correctly, and in the last days, when I connect to my front in the mornings it appears like it’s printing a text from another site. I need to clean cache in the backoffice . and then . it gets again the correct text. But I have no idea where is this coming from, I can’t control it and is noot a good image for the brand, haha.
I attach some screenshots:
– the latin weird text
– the text in the backoffice
– the same module and hook after cleaning cache
Hope you can help us to find and change it!
Thank you so much 🙂
In fact, you didn’t saw it because I erased cache again, I can’t let that message showing to users 🙂
Just now I’ve seen is happening too in another site we opened recently, artesanotattoosupplies.com. It’s a thing from the GDRP module, but I don’t understand why, if we have that module correctly configurated with all the official texts…
So weird xD
Hi,
Did you clear the Smarty cache or module cache? are you using server-side cache(Memcache or OPC cache and so on)? if the issue occurred, you can clone the site to a dev site, don’t clear the cache, and send me the dev site backoffice and FTP to me, I will investigate it for you. I checked the GDPR module, I can’t reproduce the same issue.
Best regards.
