Running TB v1.1 with latest updates. Panda Theme Editor v1.5.0. Site is quite new and under development, not launched yet.
In Theme Editor -> Category Pages there is an option to set the ‘Default product view for mobile devices’. This is set to ‘Grid view’.
There is also an option ‘Show grid/list switcher on phone’, and this is set to ‘NO’.
When I visit my site on my iPhone 7 Plus in portrait mode, category pages appear fine with the items shown one at a time in grid mode. No switcher for Grid/List is shown. Screenshot:

However when I change to Landscape Mode the Grid/List switcher icons are shown, even though this feature is disabled in the Theme Editor. If I click on the List View icon then the page changes to List View. It actually looks really nice in List View! Screenshot:

Unfortunately when I rotate my phone back to Portrait Mode the layout stays in List View mode and the layout looks really bad. Screenshot:

So, my questions:
1. Grid view is best in mobile portrait mode. List View is best in landscape mode. Is there a way to make the theme automatically use Grid View in portrait mode (narrow displays) and List View in landscape mode (wide displays)? This would be ideal for me.
2. If #1 is not possible, how can I properly disable the “grid/list switcher” icons so that users cannot change to List View when using the phone in Landscape Mode?
Thank you for your reply.
I tried clearing browser cache and cookies when I first noticed the problem. I also tested using Private Browsing mode which always has clear cache and cookies. I retested this multiple time and it always has the same results. It is very consistent. Do you have any other ideas I could test? I can also give you access to my server if you would like to test this yourself.
I just thought to have a look at your Panda Theme Thirty Bees demo shop and it has the same problem as I described above.
As before, I am testing with Safari on an iPhone 7 Plus that is running iOS 13.1.2.
When viewing a category page with the phone in landscape orientation there is an option to choose Grid View or List View. Both options work fine when the phone is in landscape orientation.
However you choose “List View” when the phone is in landscape orientation and then rotate the phone back to portrait orientation the category page format is broken.

Panda Demo shop List View in portrait orientation:
As with my site, when the phone is in portrait orientation there is no option to change back to grid view, so the user is stuck with broken list view unless they rotate back to landscape orientation, change the view style, and rotate back to portrait.
Thanks for reporting the problem, it’s caused by a feature which I added v1.5.0.
I’ve fixed it for you by adding a piece of custom css code to the theme editor module, the fix will be included in next theme update.
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px){ul.product_list.list > li .pro_second_box{margin-left:0!important;}}
Thank you @jonny! It seems to be working fine now.
