Hello,
I have a problem with the “Admin Mobile App” module of the Zedrox editor. The mobile application returns the following error:
JSON could not be serialized because of error. Impossible to read the data because the format is not correct in the order section.
Here is the publisher’s response:
Would like to inform you that we have spent some time on your store & there is a module installed on your store called “steasycheckout” which is conflicting with our module & results in the problem.
Because of “steasycheckout”, your store is checking if the controller is “order”, if condition satisfies then store is redirecting the customer to their custom checkout page. However, your store is not checking if the controller is of any other module and hence the module is causing problems.
In order to sort out the same we need to debug the problem for your store & rectify the same. The same is not the part of our module i.e. of our scope. However, we are happy to debug the same for you without any additional cost.
Please confirm if we implement the change on you store to make the module work together. Once you confirm then only we’ll ask our team to start making changes on your store.
I suggested that the publisher contact you to solve the problem
greetings
here is a copy of the developer’s response
********************************
Would like to inform you that there are no changes required in our module. The only change is to be made in the “steasycheckout” module.
Moreover, we have not purchased the module from our account which makes it difficult for us to contact the module support team. We suggest you to contact the module support team and inform them regarding the same.
We’ve checked the code of the module and fount that in file “steasycheckout.php” on line 1750, they are checking if the current controller name is “order” they are redirecting them to their controller. However, they are not verifying if its a Prestashop’s order controller or any other custom module’s order controller. So, they must modify their code and use something like:
$this->context->controller instanceof OrderControllerCore
We can also solve the issue for them by overriding the module file. Please confirm if we do the override solution or you will contact the support team of the respective module.
Please feel free to write or discuss if you have any query.
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,
Team Zedrox

Hello,
I have had a BIG problem accessing the back office in the last few days. No changes have been made on the site on my side. Do you think it is the actions done on your side? when identifying the problem between Pestashop ADMIN mobile and easycheckout? do you have a solution for my problem?
Problem identified: When I access the backoffice the navigation in the submenu is impossible and the response time of the server ended with an error. The changes are therefore impossible to make !!!!!
Problem number 2: when access was possible in the Backoffice I couldn’t update easycheckout from the menu. I had an error. how do I proceed to manual unpadter?
