Hi,
We have been using your transformer template and your newsletter module to send emails from the web for some time. Until last week everything worked fine, if we entered “international / translations / newsletter / body” we could edit the emails that were sent. The newsletter verification and confirmation emails. We even sent a discount code and it was functional.
But a week ago a client wrote to us telling us that he had signed up for our newsletter and did not receive any discount. We have entered the translations of the emails again and this new text appears:
There is already a mail directory for the language “es”, but not for the default language (es) in / modules / stnewsletter / mails
There is already a mail directory for the language “es”, but not for the default language (es) in / modules / stwishlist / mails
From the experience we have with your modules, we believe that before the Prestashop emails had priority and now the module emails have priority, which can only be modified from the server using code.
We would like this to stay as it was before, that the emails that can be edited from Prestashop are the ones that appear to the client
Is there a way to do it?
Thank you very much in advance
