Hi,
I can not reach your site, but I guess your site does not have a main slideshow, that’s why you thought your site did not like demo 13, am I right. The main slideshow on this site http://transformer2.sunnytoo.com/thirteenth/en/ was created by a module Revolution slider. The Revolution slider module is not installed by default, that’s why the main slideshow can not be imported, you need to manually install the module, you can find it in the main .zip file you have downloaded from themeforest.
Regards,
Jonny
Thanks right I just installed the slide module, can you export your slider config and send it to me also, the top menu still doesn’t show up. I only have categories and custom block. You have more. So I will need to config them?
can you please tell me whatelse I need to config after the one click install? the “all-data” install, does it provide any demo products? DO i have to config each module one by one? do you have any video sample on how to config the store?
Also, I can migrate data from magento to prestashop without any issue now, since it takes time to config the new prestashop, can I do a fresh empty prestashop install, then install the theme, and config the store, then migrate the data from magento? otherwise I will get new orders after I migrated and while I am doing the new store configuration.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay, we were busying upgrading our themes.
1. You need to install the “Revolution slider”, and then you can download a sample slider form here https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ to import to your site, place the slider to the displayFullWidthTop hook. Here is a picture showing all hooks http://transformer2.sunnytoo.com/doc/index.php#hook_into_hint
2. If the top menu does not show up, then take a look on this http://www.sunnytoo.com/questions-answers#after-theme-installation-or-theme-updating-the-menu-and-some-other-modules-disappeared
3. You should migrate data from magento first. But you can still do that now, no problems.
The recommend steps to migrate from Magento.
a) Prepare a prestashop installation without installing sample data. If sample data has already installed, then use the “Prestashop cleaner” module remove them.
b) Use a 3rd party module to migrate data from Magento, if anything goes wrong, you can start all over again easily.
c) If everything works as expected, then install the theme to set up your site.
The “all-data” option of one-click demo installation feature only changes the colors and the layout of your site, it won’t affect your products, images and customers.
