Has anyone else had this issue? I really need to fix this as soon as possible. My client has been blowing up my phone for the past couple of days and he is driving me nuts. Lol.
I was just going to buy another Open Graph module, but I didn’t want to buy something that would create problems and possibly duplicate the Open Graph code.
This theme is already giving me a 98% on PageSpeed and a 99% on Pingdom (and some others), so it’s already perfect. This is just a personal preference of the client.
You should have a donation button on here so we can donate for all the great help you give us here in addition to the license.
Thank you Jonny
If anyone else knows how to change this, please share your experience with me. Thank you.

Hi,
I’ve figured it out, it’s a matter of image dimension. See screenshots. If a product has small images, then it will be displayed in left-and-right layout, if a product has large images, then up-and-down layout.
If your cause, your product images are small, but you did not reduce the size of superlarge_default image type down, which caused the image for facebook was in 1200×1372, prestashop added white borders to around images to force them to be in that size.
So the solution for you is that reduce the size of superlarge_default image type to 450×582, and then regenerate thumbnails of the superlarge_default for products.
Regards,
Jonny
