Hello,
Every few months, I seem to get the 500 Internal Server Error when trying to access Module Manager. You might periodically be able to get into it, but then it eventually gives the server error. I will usually clear the cache and rename the /Var folder. I recently added some new photos to Swiper Slider and also added some new products. Now, no matter what I do, I can’t access Module Manager due to the server error. File permissions are fine, PHP is 7.3.I’m wondering if the images on the website are causing the site to be too big leading to server errors? I was going to look at the Swiper Slider images to see if I can reduce them, but can’t get into Module Manager and not sure where in the file structure they are located. I can go to image optimization in the PS backoffice and select them to see if that helps.
Any guidance on how to solve my 500 error so I can get module manager working without issues again? I’ve been trying to resolve this for the past week. I’ve sent the site and FTP details in an email. Please let me know if I can provide further info. Thanks!

Hello Jonny/Yobo. I would greatly appreciate if you could help give me some guidance on this support request from yesterday. Renaming the /var file works sometimes, but I end up getting the server errors afterwards.
Below is some extra info that might help you:
My hosting company said to check my website performance by going to gtmetrix.com. I have tried that and it told me the top issues are network payload, server response time, image sizes, etc. This link gives the specifics. (https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.karmacords.com/ocySgdAL/)
I would like to resize my Swiper Slider images to be lower res, but need to know where they are located before I can optimize. Perhaps I can also resize my product images.Other than the Transformer theme and its modules, I have only added modules for Mailchimp, PayPal, Stripe Credit Card, Amazon Payments (disabled), & Mass Edit Product.
In the /var folder exception logs, I saw this error, which may be happening when I click on Module Manager: *ERROR* v1.7.6.7 2021/12/02 – 15:59:15: Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1203] User goodvi6_latest17 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections at line 127 in file classes/db/DbPDO.php
I am also attaching my prod log from /var
Thank you!

Hello Yobo.
1. I did contact my hosting provider, but they said number of database connections getting made within the application is more likely the issue. I don’t have a lot of traffic on the website, so the number of database connections is happening when only I am accessing the front office and back office. Do you know why so many database connections? I am on a shared server, so hosting company said they couldn’t increase my max_user_connections.2. The No Image Available jpeg you sent (en-default-home_default.jpg file) is already in the /img/l. I also copied it to the img/p as you suggested.
Thanks Yobo for the reply. For the past year, when I have these issues, I enable debug mode to access the module manager and rename the /var folders. I’ve renamed them 3 times in November. Seems like this is a temporary fix though and I run into the issue a few days later, so I am trying to find the cause and a permanent solution. Did any of the log messages where it says client denied by server configuration when accessing Transformer modules give any clues:

Regards,
SanjayThanks Yobo. So based on your recommendation, I will migrate from PS 1.7.6.7 to 1.7.8.1. Questions:
1. I believe Transformer 4.39 will still work fine if I do the Prestashop upgrade, right? After that I am planning to update to Transformer V4.5.8. I have looked at your documentation to do this.
2. I am currently on PHP 7.3. I know PHP 7.4 does not work properly for my current releases – my backoffice screens don’t format properly beyond PHP7.3. After I upgrade to Prestashop 1.7.8.1 and Transformer v4.5.8, may I move to PHP 7.4 without issues?

Hello Yobo. I successfully updated Prestashop & the Transformer theme to the latest. I have your Google Recaptcha module with invisible recaptcha and I can’t move thru the order checkout process on my website. The site key and secret key are set up to match what is in the Google account. When clicking on the cart and then checkout screen, I was checking out as a guest and entered name, email and clicked the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions. When I clicked on next to enter the shipping address, nothing happened and checkout cannot be completed. After disabling the recaptcha module, I was able to go all the way thru the checkout and place an order. Do you have suggestions to get it to work so I can re-enable the Recaptcha module? Thank you.
