Hello,
I’m new to Panda and I have a problem. Theme editor is no longer working and I can no longer execute operations on my template.
(In particular i receive the following error every time I try to open the Theme editor: “User ********* already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections”. A long waiting time occurs between the click on Theme editor and this error message). The first times I used the theme editor, it worked as expected.
I am using prestashop 1.7.5.1 and Panda 2
Since my e-commerce is empty I want to delete my prestashop installation and reinstall it again together with the panda template.
How can I reuse the same license of Panda that has been already activated in my e-commerce (same domain)? There exists a procedure to deactivate / reactivate my panda license?
Thanks in advance.
Thank you for your answer.
The problem still remains. I opened Sunnytoo -> Download and it says:
“Registration to: Not registed yet”.
I installed it only in one production website and on my localhost for testing purposes, but I have not activated it on my localhost (in fact the Theme editor of localhost says to insert the purchase code to get registered).
The problem is that if I click on Theme editor on my production website the page will be never loaded, until a 500 error occurs. Thus, I cannot deactivate the license of my panda template.
However, I installed the template on the production website and for a few days it worked correctly (as it has been activated).
What can I do?
Thanks in advance
Hi,
Today for the first time after many days the theme editor works again (no longer ‘max_user_connections active connections’ errors). Thus now I can work autonomously.
I need to reinstall prestashop. If I proceed to de-register the theme and reinstall completely prestashop can I reuse the license of the theme on the same website?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards
