as I can see in reminder stats last emails with reminder emails were sent on 2021-02-16 01:25:20.
We had this problem before. The reminder email does not go and stop completely when there are special characters in emails (when customers make a mistake). We have to then clean the database manually (by script) because then all emails do not go, not just the one that is bad. You should make the process as well differently, as only the wrong email does not go out and the rest that is OK will be sent. It creates a PHP error.
But this time we clean it and it still not working. We do nothing in admin, no big changes, nothing.
But we now got this error in ./private/cron.log: "{"result":"Cronjob runs successfully","log":""}<div>Sent mail to [email-address] failed, please check your mail server and the mail template whether translated properly.</div>

It was very weird, some customers have the email “email-address”, that is invalid, but the customer could register an account on your site.
For my module, if the email wasn’t sent successfully, that will send the next email until all required emails processed. I modified a bit of code to filter the invalid emails. please monitor it again.

I did try this before. I add the “Subject of review notification email:”, no change.
But when I tried to add “Subject of reminder email” it just does not save. I have no idea why. All others settings change OK.
Could you please look at why this is not saving? I do not have this problem anywhere else.
