Hi,
Did you have a look at the integration for the two modules? Especially POLI, as I cannot use it at all and really really need it :/. I asked the payment provider of the module but they cannot help. No orders are created, and customers get redirected to my account order summary instead of order success page. The redirect in the files is wrong I am guessing but everything I tried failed. The module works perfect and money is taken from customers account, just the success redirect and order creation is faulty.
As for PayPal, 90% of orders work with no issues, a small percentage of people get stuck in a security prompt or get redirected to PP homepage instead of login. I looked everywhere for a solution but cannot figure this out. It just happens to random IP addresses, if these people use a VPN or different network everything is fine. Its like PayPal blocking off a range of IPs or the checkout token not working with some IPs. Just weird.
Hi Jonny,
PayPal released a new update for the PayPal module. It fixed the issue with some buyers not being able to checkout. They also now removed the credit card button. It is just one button for PayPal now. However, the module does not fetch the whole address from easy checkout anymore as they probably changed something in the module code…so now it doesn’t work correctly with Easy Checkout is my guess.
The payments all go through but the street address is missing in the PayPal payments. I attached some screenshots of the problem. You can recreate the problem when trying to checkout with an address. Paypal checkout will open but the address in PayPal will be without street address.
Also, address supplement (second address line) shows up in wrong spot. The format PayPal takes from Easycheckout is now
Name
Street address (not visible)
State, Address Supplement (“dddd” in the screenshot), Postcode, City (“ddddd” in the screenshot)
It would need to be:
Name
Street Address
Address/Street Supplement
State, Postcode, City
