When filling in the address fields and arriving at the province field and selecting a province, all data is deleted, the form is compressed and can’t longer be written. Neither do available carriers appear.
Sounds like a cache related issue or a compatibility issue.
Clear the Smarty cache and your browser cache to check again.
If it still exists, then send me back office and FTP login details.
What’s the version of your prestashop, the module doesn’t support versions older than 1.7.4.
Regarding this, I did not manage to change the translation of “Type of Customer”. I found it in Translations of modules> Easycheckout, but it does not change the text to my language.
Is it possible that it is in another location? As much as I look, I can’t find it.
