I’ve configured provinces in Prestashop 126.96.36.199 which I’ve linked with zone and country, and I’ve configured What transport agencies are allowed too. For instance, Spain has 4 zones (Peninsula, Baleares, Ceuta y Melilla and Canary Islands). My goal is to ensure that no customer can do any order if the destination is to Canary Islands, but I’m not be able to find where in the address form, customer can inform the province. Currently he can inform about city, postal code and country among others, but without the province the system how can detect if the province assigned is Canary Islands?.
I need that if the province informed is Canary Islands the system doesn’t allow the order.
Thanks for your attention.

My previous theme had a property in the register form where you can inform the province. With this field could know if there was carrier for this province or not. Now I can’t any option to know if the user lives in Canary Islands or not. I haven’t any way to detect this, so is a big problem for me.
I need a solution in order to fix this.
