Hi Jonny,
in the meantime i bought the Panda-Theme for a 2nd domain, but i still have some problems where i need your excellent support.
1. calling the domain from the mobilephone (Samsung S10) leads to an interruption after clicking on the menu (the domain is made available in a private session with its backend data)
2. in the category view the product description is too short and will be shortened. How to make it longer? (see appendix 1.jpg)
3. in the product view, I want to deactivate the blocks (bestsellers and new products), but stay in the category view. In any case, after unchecking (via Live Editing) in the product view, it will disappear in the category view. Any instructions?
4. is it possible to move the accessories from the bottom into an additional TAB (like reviews)?
5. on the index website I want to add a border about the featured products (see 2.jpg)
6. the IOSslider seems not to be responsive. If you try to reduce the window size, the assigned image will not be resized…?
Thanks in advance

1. I couldn’t reproduce it, I tested your site on two andriod devices.
What did you mean “the domain is made available in a private session with its backend data”?2. See attached screenshot02076, use that setting.
3. Disable the left column on the product page.
If you need the left column, then set to do not show those modules on the product page, see attached screenshot02077 and screenshot020784. Unfortunately, no.
5. I don’t understand this question, draw a pic to show me what do you want.
6. That’s a not way of responsive, if you don’t like it, Use the Owl carousel module or the revolution slider instead.

to 1: My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10+, Android 10. I repeated and it interrupted again after some clicks, see screenshots 1A, 1B, 1C. Please recheck. Btw. I tried with Samsung Browser and Chrome as well, both with same negative result.
Meaning of “the domain is made available in a private session with its backend data” was that the backend login data is to find in the next private post.
to 2-4: OK, thx
to 5: see attachment
to 6: not good, but OK
7. I detected that the marked wording in the checkout process is at the wrong position (should be in the next cell), see attachment.
8. According to google pagespeed the font should be preloaded and the CSS should be inline, especially for the google font. Could give me a tip how to realize?Attachments:
1/ I will try more, if I can replate it, then I can fix it. Till now only you report the issue, it may be related to your phone, try some other phones to test.
5/ Put this code to the custom css code field in the theme editor module.
#homefeatured_grid .pro_outer_box{-webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 0 2px #000;box-shadow: 0 0 0 2px #000;}
6/ Thanks for your reporting. Find this code in the \themes\panda\shopping-cart-advanced.tpl file
<th class="cart_total item text-right">{l s='Total'}</th>
And then add this code to be right above it.
<th class="item"></th>
7/ We try to do as google suggested, in the real world, keeping things be configurable and easy to use is also important. You will benefit a lot more if you do some other things like adding a media server to your site, enabled page cache, optimizing images.1/ In the meantime I tried with the following devices:
– Samsung TAB: OK
– Samsung Galaxy 10+: NOK, hang after some klicks
– Samsung Galaxy 10+ 2nd: NOK, hang after some klicks
– Samsung Galaxy 8: NOK, hang after some klicks
– Samsung Galaxy J7: NOK, hang after some klicks
Resumee: Mobile phone have problems, please recheck.7/ Question still without answer
Hello,
the reported issue still not solved. How to proceed for deeper troubleshoot?
1/ In the meantime I tried with the following devices:

Resumee: Mobile phone have problems, please recheck.I can reproduce the issue on all mobile devices, it’s a memory exhaust issue most likely caused by one of your 3rd party modules.
Since it’s a memory exhaust issue, so we are unable to debug to find the reason. The only solution is to disable 3rd party modules you’ve installed one by one to see which one causes the issue.
If you’ve added custom js codes, you also need to temporarily remove them.Hi,
Is there any error_log file in your installation root folder or in your hosting? if yes, try deleting the error_log file, then refresh the page to reproduce the problem. after that, there will be a new error_log file generated, that is very small, send it to me, I will investigate it for you.
Best regards.Hello,
the error.log is located in the root directory, but there are no problems detectable. Contacted also hosting and their feedback is the following:
“We have checked the server and there is no problem here. Also, activating the error log has nothing to do with the website itself.
The error message does not come from the web server but from the browser used.”With that results not sure how to go forward in this problem ;-(
Hello,
with the help of TB community the root cause could be identified.
See: https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/4947-tb-11x-with-panda-theme-hangs-on-mobile-phones/
The problem is caused by the IOSslider. Below my findings:
IOSslider disabled: OK
IOSslider enabled, slider inside disabled: OK
IOSslider enabled, slider inside enabled, 1 page enabled: OK
IOSslider enabled, slider inside enabled, more then 1 page enabled: NOKIt seems that the problem is caused by the transition time defined in slider. Anyhow how is it possible, if IOSslider is disabled for mobiles?
In addition the PHP warnings for megamenu came up (for both domains):
[12-Mar-2021 10:35:26 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”? in /var/www/ssd1208/htdocs/alm/30bees/modules/stmegamenu/stmegamenu.php on line 3735

The following is my final finding:
If you enable the hiding of the IOSslider for Mobile, the problem exists!Attachments:
Hi,
If you disable the IsoSlider module and use the Owl Carousel module, does the problem still persist?
Please upgrade the theme to the latest version to fix the warnings. or replace the /modules/stmegamenu/stmegamenu.php file with my attached one directly.
Best regards.Attachments:
Hello,
1. With Owl Carousel the problem does not persist. Unfortunately the Owl Carousel has less settings then Ios Slider e.g. no background color
2. My theme version V1.5.5 is already the latest, there is no update available
3. You modified in the stmegamenu.php the value from “continue” to “continue 2”. But shouldn’t it be the “break” instead of “continue 2”?- AuthorPosts
