Hello,
Since I have made the upgrade to PS 1.7.7.1 and Panda 2.6, when I try to add an item with easycontent I get a timeout error.
Then all the site timeout, I have to empty the folder /cache of Prestashop to make it work again.
Then I try again to add an item with easycontent, and the same happens again…
Everything else works correctly. Is there a bug with 1.7.7.1 + Panda 2.6 ?
After some investigation, the same happen when we try to edit an existing item.
The timeout happens in the file steasycontent.php between the line 1408 and 1729.
When the timeout accurs in the whole site (after the error with easycontent), I can fix it be removing the content of the folder : var/cache/dev/pools
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards
Hello,
No the problem only occurs when I go to steeasycontent and try to add a new item or edit one.
But as I said earlier, when the error occurs in this module, then the whole site is in error, and I have to remove the content of the folder var/cache/dev/pools to make it works again.
But I can go without any problem to the admin page you have mentionned (see attached).
I have changed the time limit to 180 and memory limit to 1G and the problem still occurs.
Regards

Do you need more informations ?
We can upgrade but what is the minimal requirement for 1000 categories ?
That’s a pity that the bottleneck is the category form, because all the others parts are working fine.
