Before upgrading I’ve made a clone and placed it on a other server.
I’ve upgraded the corefiles to prestashop 126.96.36.199 and cleared \var\cache\dev\doctrine\cb\ folder. I’m not using products in the same category so can’t update it…..
But, site is not working well, don’t have productname and productprice on the categorypage…
and in the backoffice I have a lot of problems on the modulepage… doesn’t look good and doesn’t react good, can’t access modules can’t use search…
I’ve checked the supportforum and was surprised to see so few reactions on the prestashop 188.8.131.52 upgrade…. Is it just me having so many problems?? Could you check my Cloon-site to check for problems? When problems are solved I will upgrade the mainsite myself.
Note for 184.108.40.206. (1) If you find modules on the “BO – Modules” not showing correctly after upgrade to 220.127.116.11, some module’s configure buttons and descriptions are missing. That’s a cache related issue, you can fix it by removing the file in the \var\cache\dev\doctrine\cb\ folder. (2) Upgrade your “Products in the same category” to 1.0.4 after upgrade your site to 18.104.22.168.
Most of my customers experienced the same issue, the “1 click upgrade” module can’t update Prestashop properly, please try upgrading it manually: https://www.sunnytoo.com/6996/manually-upgrade-prestashop
It seems you didn’t unzip Prestashop pack properly or didn’t upload the correct pack. did you see the /install/upgrade/upgrade.php file? you need to unzip the download pack in your local, then you will see an installation.html file and a prestashop.zip file, then unzip the prestashop.zip file, and follow my topic to change the admin folder to yours. zip all files and upload to your installation root folder. extract the .zip file via Cpanle > file manager. if everything goes well, you will see a new install folder in the root installation folder.
