Hello,

Since the update of my PS in version 1.7.6.1 the module the backend editor button which was in the top left of the VISUAL COMPOSE module has disappeared…
do you have a solution to make this button appear and work again?

Hi,
There is a js error from the 3rd party “Splash Sync Connector” module, please rename the “splashsync” folder via FTP to resolve the issue.

Hello,

I have done the following actions:

1) Update the splashsync module
2) rename the splashsync module -> splashsync_old
3) rename the molude splashsync_old -> splashsync

In all three cases I didn’t find the backend edtitor button of the Visual Composer

Can you give me new instructions to solve my problem

It seems there are some issues in the VC module,please uninstall and delete it, then download the one from the ST-Themes, under your account > Downloads page to install it.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the VC module. This did not solve the problem the “Backend Editor” button is still not visible. I am waiting for a new solution to solve this problem.

It seems the issue was due to the VC v4.4.7 isn’t compatible with Prestashop 1.7.6.x, I will include the latest VC to the download pack ASAP.

compress the zip again, upload the module and done.

Hi yobo,

Could you tell me how to do the update of the jscomposer without losing all the settings I made. Uplaod the packet via ftp (where) and in the module section do update? or do it differently?

Is it possible to save the jscomposer pages to create somewhere? I already had to rewrite them after packet update tests performed from the module installer in the backoffice… and for a multi shop in 4 languages it’s quite annoying.

If you didn’t modify any files of jscomposer, you can use the new files to override old ones, all settings are safe.
