Hi,
the issue was spotted on the 23rd of July 2018, Panda version 2.3.5, Prestashop version 1.7.3.4, using an Android mobile device (Samsung S7 with latest Android version) and the browser was Samsung’s Internet Browser.
——————-
When a user visits the front page for the first time, if he moves to the footer without closing the Cookie Window, he will notice that the + and – symbols of the footer are being shown with Chinese (or relevant) characters. When the Cookie Windows is closed, the symbols turn back to normal.
I tried to recreate the issue with the following browsers and devices:
Chrome on S7 -> works fine
Firefox on S8 -> works fine
Samsung’s Internet Browser on S8 -> works fine
———–
Another tiny issue i spotted is that if i scroll at the bottom of the page and stay there while i have the Cookie Window open, then i cannot close the Cookie Window or click on it unless i scroll up and leave the footer area.
The was found on both Google’s Browser and Chrome on S7 and S8.
Firefox does not have this issue.

On the PC everything works fine.
