Hi,
I want to create more functionality to the product listing images.
On first hand, I am trying to create different modules to add a favorite button and show some features as icons.
So far, I’ve been doing so by using the displayProductListReviews and then try to play with the CSS to position the items, but this is not scalable / approachable, as one single css doesn’t work for all devices, and adding several media queries will become unmanageable.
displayProductListReviews adds the items on “pro_second_box”, what should be used instead for it to show either on pro_first_box or pro_outer_box?
At the same time, I want to have an overlay with even more images (manufacturer logo, the add cart and quantity selectors, country of origin, etc) what hook should be used for it?
I’m trying to not mess with the theme template files, as I imagine if I start changing directly there, it would become difficult to update later.
Picture Sample1.png is a sample of what I want to accomplish.
I’m using Panda 1.5.0 for Thirtybees.
Think I found a way to do this, with minimal changes to the Panda files.
Added this line inside the pro_outer_box div on product-list.tpl
{hook h=’displayAnywhere’ type=’pro_outer_box’ product=$product }
Then on my modules, will hook to displayAnywhere and check for the type.
This way, the changes on the theme files are minimal, which is what I’m after, as mentioned, to not have problems when updating.
