The reason why you could not find an order using my email is because last year I´ve paid a recognized marketing company here in Chile to construct a visually appealing web site using Prestashop. They purchased your theme in my behalf (I guess, since I’ve signed a service contract with that agency that establishes so) converting me in the authentic owner of the product.
Sadly, after some discussions (both technical and legal) we decided to fire the Agency and the relationship deteriorated and died. Nowadays, with our technical team experience, we’re updating and making changes in the site.
I understand that without a proof of purchase, your policy prevent us to obtain any support. I can see at your FAQ in your site that:
– Can I use the template on multiple sites with a single purchase?
– No, a license can be used on one PrestaShop site. If want to use the template for all your sites, you need to buy a license for each of them.
So, I’d like to give you the Designer Agency detalls, so you can prevent them to get any support using the product.
